Affirm the insecticide-larvicide for the control of horticultural crop moths.

Affirm Syngenta, is an insecticide based on emamectin benzoate, a naturally derived active substance belonging to the avermectin group. Affirm insecticide, it acts by blocking the transmission of the parasite's nerve signals through the activation of the chlorine channel. The insect ceases to feed and undergoes irreversible paralysis. The insecticide, affirm, acts specifically on the larvae of lepidopteran by contact and ingestion. It also has strong penetrating and translaminar properties thanks to which it forms an active reserve in the plant organs to be protected. Affirm has a high larvicidal action, quickly blocking the larval attack already when the eggs hatch. The crops are therefore preserved from the damage caused by the larvae, also avoiding access to pathogenic fungi that cause rotting and "aesthetic" defects of the fruits.

Affirm insecticide doses:

Table and wine vines: Lobesia botrana, Eupoecilia ambiguella Cryptoblabes gnidiella; Use the product at a dose of 150 g/hl or 1.5 kg/ha.
Apple tree, however: Cydia pomonella, Cydia molesta; Embroiderers: (Adoxophyes spp., Pandemis spp., Archips spp., Argyrotaenia spp.); Phyllominers: (Leucoptera spp., Phyllonoricter spp.); Use the product at a dose of 300 g/hl or 3 - 4 kg/ha.
Peach, nectarine and apricot: Cydia molesta, Anarsia lineatella, Phyllonoricter spp.; Use the product at a dose of 300 g/hl or 3 - 4 kg/ha.
Plum tree: Cydia funebrana; Use the product at a dose of 300 g/hl or 3 - 4 kg/ha.
Citrus fruits (orange, tangerine, clementine, lemon): Phyllocnistis citrella; Use the product at a dose of 100 - 200 g/hl or 2 kg/ha.
Walnut: Cydia pomonella, Cydia spp.; Use the product at a dose of 300 g/hl or 3 - 4 kg/ha.
Tomato, pepper, eggplant, strawberry, cucurbits (in the open field and in greenhouses): Heliothis armigera, Spodoptera spp., Ostrinia nubilalis, Plusia gamma, Pieris brassicae, Plutella xylostella, Depressaria erinaceella, Tuta absoluta; Use the product at a dose of 150 g/hl or 1.5 kg/ha.
Artichoke beans and green beans, pea, chickpea, grass pea, broad bean, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage per head (only in the open field): Heliothis armigera, Spodoptera spp., Ostrinia nubilalis, Plusia gamma, Pieris brassicae, Plutella xylostella, Depressaria erinaceella, Tuta absoluta; Use the product at a dose of 150 g/hl or 1.5 kg/ha.
Valerianella, watercress, barbarea, rocket, mustard juncea, baby leaf products (in the open field and greenhouse), lettuce (only in the open field): Spodoptera spp., Ostrinia nubilalis; Use the product at a dose of 150 g/hl or 1.5 kg/ha.
Potato (they are in the open field): Phtorimea operculella; Use the product at a dose of 150 g/hl or 1.5 kg/ha.
Floral and ornamental: Epichoristoides acerbella, Chrysodeixis chalcites, Heliothis armigera, Spodoptera spp., Ostrinia nubilalis, Plusia gamma, Pieris brassicae, Plutella xylostella, Depressaria erinaceella, Tuta absoluta; Use the product ata temperature of 150 g/hl or 1.5 kg/ha.

Abbiamo migliori esperienze con l'acetamiprid oppure con l'abamectina in miscela con BlackJak che è un concime miglioratore di pH per far assimilare meglio il principio attivo

Answer: Buon giorno, Affirm dovrebbe funzionare discretamente, Laser funziona sicuramente a 30-40 cc in 100 litri di acqua.

Answer: E' efficace contro la tuta, solo che non puo risolvere con un unico trattamento, va ripetuto periodicamente oppure come lotta guidata in caso di monitoraggio con trappole

Question: Salve per tuta Absolute pomodoro in serra si può abbinare con altacor

Answer: Invece di abbinare i due prodotti sarebbe più opportuno alternarli e monitorare lo sfarfarfallamento della tuta utilizzando delle economiche trappole cromotropiche. In questo modo si può trattare nel momento giusto e prolungare di molto l'efficacia dei prodotti impiegati. C'è da aggiungere anche il vantaggio economico che si ha evitando di sprecare prodotti che risulterebbero "inutili" e anche dannosi per l'ambiente. Cordiali saluti.

Answer: Buona sera , credo che l'azione endoterapeuta non dia risultati, è bene concentrare il prodotto nella zona dove si annida e si nutre il punteruolo. F.Quinto

Question: Buongiorno io ho in problema con i pomodori che sono attaccati da un parassita all'interno. Si vede un piccolo buco nero esternamente e dentro vi si trova questo insetto. Volevo sapere se l' insetticida da voi proposto e adatto ed eventualmente ordinarlo Grazie

Answer: Quel verme è una Nottua, e una volta entrata non si combatte più, poi va via da solo sotto forma di farfalla. Se usa Affirm alla dose di 200 gr/hl con una certa regolarità si difende da molti parassiti del pomodoro, compresa quella nottua.
