Actual sorrel or acescence is not curable.

The Oenological ACID ACID VEBI is composed as follows:

  • Potassium bicarbonate 70 %
  • Calcium carbonate 22 %
  • Neutral potassium tartrate 5 %
  • Bentonite 3 %

This product should be applied with a dose of 50-200 g/hl (average dose 100 g/hl)

HOW TO USE:

Pour the powder directly into the mass to be treated, a little at a time, stirring well.

Before carrying out the operation, remove a little wine from the container as the effervescence that develops could cause it to overflow.
