Plant Loti (persimmon or persimmon) Jiro
This variety of JIRO lotuses is highly appreciated because, unlike its lotus cousins, the fruit is sweet and non-astringent even when ripe at harvest. It is a very long-lived plant and its thick foliage provides plenty of shade. Its size, if not pruning, can reach up to 15 meters in height. Its leaves are very beautiful especially in the autumn season when they take on the typical color that turns from yellow to orange. Its fruits are very showy, globular in shape and bright orange in color. This variety can have a pulp that can vary from being very soft or hard and has large seeds inside.
The plants are shipped by iocoli vivai with a dedicated courier. Maps accompanied by photos and passport.
