Feliway Cat Spray

Feliway Cat Spray is a synthetic analogue of facial pheromones used by cats to mark their territory to feel safe and calm.

It can also be used in case of behavior problems.

The product is used in the following cases:

In the case of urine markings, it is necessary, after moving the cat from the room, to clean the dirty areas using water and disinfectant or powdered detergent, not organic. Avoid disinfectants that are too strong in the fragrance or bleach as they may compromise the action of Feliway. Alcoholic detergents (70% alcohol) or vinegar are recommended.
Shake the bottle and apply the spray every day for 30 days. Wait a quarter of an hour before returning the cat to the treated area.

In case of scratches:

• Move the cat out of the room
• Shake the bottle and apply the spray daily for at least 30 days.
• Wait 15 minutes before reintroducing the cat to the affected area.

To prevent furniture, or other objects from becoming urine marking zones, spray daily for 2 weeks.

Hospitalization/return home:
Spray the product directly into the carrier. Feliway spray will help your cat reconcile with the environment they were previously in.

Feliway does not stain, if sprayed in small quantities (test the reaction of the fabrics before using it extensively on upholstered furniture, carpets).

If your cat lives in the company of other cats, use Feliway as described above, twice a day, for at least 45 days.
