The product acts by contact and partly by ingestion; it is able through translaminar activity to reach insects on the underside of the leaves.

Mites feed on the contents of leaf cells, tearing the cell wall, the leaves become dehydrated, yellow, and fall off prematurely. The most common species in protected horticultural crops is the Tetranychus urticae or common red spider mite .
OBERON acts on larvae, nymphs by inhibiting the moulting process; on adult females, interfering with the formation and laying of eggs; on the eggs, blocking the hatching.
Whiteflies, commonly referred to as whiteflies , are among the most widespread and harmful insects on protected vegetable crops. The most common species in Italy are Trialeurodes vaporariorum (greenhouse whitefly) and Bemisia tabaci (vegetable garden whitefly).
OBERON is effective on the juvenile stages (nymphs and nymphs) of whiteflies, and exerts partial ovicidal activity. The adulticidal action is limited.
The product is selective towards pollinators (bumblebees) and auxiliaries (anthocorids, phytoseids, myrids, etc.) used in modern integrated greenhouse pest management, has a favorable residual profile, a safety interval of only three days, and does not require a license.
