Question: Buongiorno, desidero chiedere un consiglio, ho un albicoccheto di 250 piante di circa 5 anni, bellissime nell'apparenza ma purtroppo scarsamente produttive. esattamente sono di qualità BANZAI. gli alberi hanno un tronco di almeno 15/20 cm di diametro, sono allevate a vaso con 3/4 branche. Per ulteriore informazione le piante sono state fornite dal vivai ad astone e innestate su pesco, e portainnesto originari GF 677. Stanco di aspettare ho pensato di cambiare la qualità con una che ho già individuato, avendola in azienda e che so essere di ottima produttività. Il problema che mi nasce è: a) innestare sul tronco o direttamente sulle branche, soluzione più laboriosa ma che darebbe la pianta già impostata. b) che tipo di innesto praticare, sono orientato sull'innesto a corona, quello a spacco mi sembra troppo traumatico vista la dimensione. Le branche avrebbero un diametro mediamente di 10 cm. Ci sarebbe anche l'innesto a triangolo ma devo dire che in zona non ci sono specialisti in detta tecnica. Vi chiedo, un consiglio su come operare al meglio e pareri sull'esito finale, cioè se ne vale la pena, anche se l'estirpazione il reimpianto sarebbe molto più impegnativo e oneroso. Answer: La varietà Banzai è un po' complicata come varietà avremmo bisogno di sapere la zona da dove scrive, la natura del terreno, ed un calendario dettagliato degli interventi effettuati l'anno scorso si dal punto di vista delle concimazioni che dei trattamenti fogliari.
