Barrier SiCa is a liquid fertilizer based on 10% Calcium and 24% Silicon in the form of orthosilicic acid, bioavailable. The importance of calcium and its absorption mechanism is well known, it is an element widely used by the plant conditioned by acidity and the relationship with other macro and microelements. Little importance has been given to silicon which, although very present in the soil in the form of silicon oxide (SiO2), is not usable because plants absorb it in the form of Orthosilicic Acid and in a pH range between 5.5 and 6.5.
