Ferric  chlorosis manifests itself with yellowing of the leaves, reduced fruit size, poor development of the shoots and insufficient colouring of the flowers.

Ferrostrene boasts optimal solubility characteristics thanks to its formulation in microgranules, even under unfavorable conditions.

It has no sediment even after days and has a great penetration capacity, quickly reaching the entire root surface. 

It is registered for use in organic farming.

Composition:

  • Iron (Fe) soluble in water 6.0%
  • Iron (Fe) chelated with [o-o] EDDHA 5.5%
  • EDDHA Chelating Agent

Doses and methods of use:

Root dosages vary according to the age and development of the plant.

  • Fruit crops:

On the farm:  8 - 10 kg/ha

Production:    10 - 20 kg/ha

  • Screw:

On the farm: 8 - 10 kg/ha

Production:  10 - 20 kg/ha

  • Ornamentals and Nurseries:

             3 - 7 g/plant

             0.6 - 3.5g/sqm

Preventive treatments are carried out: at the vegetative resumption or at the appearance of the first symptoms of iron deficiency.

Curative treatments are performed: when chlorosis is in progress with the appearance of apical necrosis, fruit drop, suffering plant, reduced vegetation.
