How to use Babo's Vebi Mostimeter :   

Crush some bunches and collect the juice in the container of the mustmeter, removing the solid parts (skins, seeds, etc.) as much as possible. Gently dip the instrument, holding the test tube vertically, so that the mustimeter, after a few oscillations, can stop. The percentage of sugar sought can be read on the scale at the point of surfacing.
